it was a brand-new hotel which had excellent service. everything was perfect, the staff were very friendly. the location was comfortable for us - near restaurants and cafés. there were a supermarket and local markets around the property. king abdulaziz airport was hardly 16 minutes away by car. you guys made our stay amazing.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Jeddah that exceeded my expectations. The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal, with close proximity to many places of interest and only a short distance from the spectacular corniche and shopping malls. The added convenience of free onsite parking was a major plus. What I loved most about this hotel was the comfortable and clean rooms, complete with all the necessary household appliances, such as a fridge, electric cooktop, microwave. Additionally, having a restaurant and coffee shop on the ground floor was incredibly convenient, especially for grabbing a quick bite to eat.

Honestly, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about during my stay. Everything was more than satisfactory.

We experienced issues with the cleanliness of the apartment, with small insects in the kitchen area. the TV was too small compared to the size of the lounge and we had to call management for WiFi, which was not already installed as advertised.
